Commbroker.com operate in the data communications market suppling organisations with the networks that move data around their business. They are a new business and The Leadout Project worked with them from the word go on the strategy that has formed the company. We held a series of workshops with the two founding directors that worked logically towards a completed strategy that in turn lead to their business plan. Some of the key stages were:

Commbroker have now been operating since mid 2009 and are expanding rapidly. We have worked with them as and when required during their first year of trading, often providing a second view of the business to help clarify ideas for them. As we all know this can be useful when you are very close to your business and at times find it hard to get the time out to look at the strategic view.
