Team Building

The Leadout Project have worked extensively with Fred.Olsen Renewables over the past 2 years. Our work has covered bid planning, Web site design and in this case a team building workshop to improve the effectiveness of their team that has it’s HQ in London but has team member based all over the UK and in Oslo, Norway. The Renewables group in Fred. Olsen is relatively small with 12 staff but has grown 4 fold over the past 24 months. They are highly skilled and motivated but had never had the chance to get together to find out exactly what each other do and how they could work better as a team.

We split the day into two parts with a really focussed workshop during the day followed by a visit to The Cookery School, Little Portland St in the late afternoon and evening so that they could have some fun and cook their own evening meal before sitting down together and enjoying their hard work.

We have follow up workshops planned in the diary to ensure that the plans for changes to the team working and processes they use everyday are carried through to real results in better team working.
