James Button

James Button approached The Leadout Project for help with marketing plans and communications. We worked with their small team of expert Legal Trainers to help them understand how to expand their client offering and make more of the great relationships they have built up with long term customers. This included expanding product offerings and cross selling existing products to customers who had previously only used them for limited areas of legal expertise.

We used half day workshops to brainstorm new ideas and prioritise the best ideas so that they could take them forward to the next stage of developing them into offerings for customers. They also used us to help create new ideas for communications from database management to brochures and web site changes.
