Penny Ward of The Leadout Project

Penny joined The Leadout Project full time in 2009 after 25 years in the front line of the National Health Service.

Whilst her principle role is business administration within our company, she also spends a growing amount of her time helping clients with the planning and logistics of workshops and events. Not surprisingly with a background in people care she loves working closely with our clients to get things delivered smoothly.
