Team Building Objective: Work as a team to explore what roles everyone plays and how they could use each others skills better. The aim will be to improve communications, cut out duplication, make better use of everyones strengths and improve the work place.  The focus will be on fixing processes that the team have control of.

Preparation: These workshops are often a stand-alone meeting. We hold information gathering meetings with the workshop sponsor together with interviews with key people within your organisation. This together with desk research and our attention to detail around the agenda are key to our very high success rate.

Agenda: Custom built for each client and every workshop depending on the objectives. The key to our success with team building is that we use real work plans to help people find strength in working as a team.

Working with our facilitator in a relaxed but busy workshop we explore what roles everyone plays and how they could use each others skills better. The aim is to improve communications, cut out duplication, make better use of everyone’s strengths and improve the work place.  The focus will be on fixing processes that the team has control of.

The action plan that comes out of the workshop will involve everyone changing a few things that make everyone’s work more effective, efficient, and fun. The result will be some practical work place improvements.

The second part of the day can be an outing to a place of interest for approximately 2 hours to relax and discuss the workshop informally.
