Well Being Plans Objective: Getting organisations to work smarter not harder to gain efficiencies, effectiveness and an improved work/life balance.
Preparation: These workshops are often linked to our Team Building Workshops or integrated with them to your specification. We hold information gathering meetings with the workshop sponsor together with interviews with key people within your organisation such as HR teams. This together with desk research and our attention to detail around the agenda are key to our very high success rate.
Agenda: Custom built for each client and every workshop depending on the objectives. The key to our success with team building and Well Being is that we use real work plans to help people find strength in working as a team and improving the work place atmosphere. Work/life balance is key to success in a team and our workshops will get your team on track to maximise sustainable productivity.
Working with our facilitator in a relaxed but busy workshop we explore what roles everyone plays and how they could use each others skills better. The aim is to improve communications, cut out duplication, make better use of everyone’s strengths and improve the work place. The focus will be on fixing processes that the team have control of.
The action plan that comes out of the workshop will involve everyone changing a few things that make everyone’s work more effective, efficient, and fun. The result will be some practical work place improvements.
